Service Description
Kicking is one of the most technical aspects of rugby, where small adjustments in ball placement or follow-through make the difference between a match-winning strike and a missed opportunity. Our Kicking Masterclass breaks down the art of the kick into repeatable, high-performance habits. Whether you are a dedicated goal-kicker or a playmaker looking to improve your tactical exit strategy, this session provides the professional-grade feedback usually reserved for elite academies. What we cover: Place Kicking Biomechanics: Master the "approach, strike, and follow-through" to increase your range and consistency from the tee. Tactical Kicking in Play: Developing the "soft-touch" for grubbers, chips, and cross-field weighted kicks to unlock defenses. The Exit Strategy: Improving punting and clearance techniques to find the corners and relieve pressure for your team. The Science of Contact: Understanding ball flight, wind adjustment, and the "sweet spot" on the boot for maximum hang-time. The Mental Game: Pre-kick routines and composure techniques to ensure accuracy when the clock is red and the pressure is on. This is a technical deep-dive designed to give you the drills and the confidence to become a genuine threat with the boot.

Cancellation Policy
OnPoint Academy offers both monthly memberships and pay-per-session options. The cancellation policies for each are as follows: Monthly Memberships Membership fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses to stop attending sessions before the end of the paid month. Clients may cancel their membership at any time, but the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle (i.e., no partial refunds for unused sessions). Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. How to Cancel Membership: All membership cancellations must be requested via email or phone. Pay-Per-Session Bookings Pay-per-session bookings follow the same policy as 1-to-1 coaching: Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice – full refund or reschedule. Same-day cancellations – 25% fee unless rescheduled. No-shows – full session fee charged. How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made via email or phone. Session Cancellations by OnPoint Academy: If an Academy session is cancelled by OnPoint Coaching (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions, etc.), affected clients will be offered a replacement session or credit towards a future session. In some circumstances where this is not possible then a refund will be offered.
