While team training focuses on collective strategy, our specialist rugby masterclasses are designed to dive deep into the specific mechanics of your role. These intensive sessions provide the professional-level coaching required to dominate your position.
Each masterclass is a small-group, skill-specific session delivered directly by Sam. £30 per session. Pick the area a player wants to sharpen most.

How it works:
The Master Classes take the form of 1 hr 15 minute sessions. These sessions will focus on the specific detail of the skills under the particular theme of the master class. Sessions will typically start with some low-level technical skill work, and gradually we will increase the pressure & complexity as the session progresses.
The low numbers are in place to ensure that players get opportunities high reps and strong feedback. Sessions can be booked fully online, with only 10 spaces on each Master Class. Book now whilst spaces are still available:
