Service Description
The OnPoint Academy provides young rugby athletes with a unique opportunity to train in an environment that fosters growth, teamwork, and high-level performance. Our academy offers a structured yet flexible program designed to develop the skills and mindset required to succeed both on and off the field. Whether your goal is to join a professional pathway or simply to become the best player you can be, OnPoint Academy offers the expertise and environment needed to take your game to new heights. Where & When: Sessions take place weekly at 6.00pm on a Monday evening at Broadstreet Rugby Club. The sessions start on 28th April 2025 and will run continuously throughout the year (apart from bank holidays). Who: The sessions are open to ages 11-16 and all abilities. The intentions of these sessions are to develop the participants rugby skills, their athleticism and to develop their character. Packages: To select your package, follow the booking process and select your desired package under "Payments" which can be found below the information form. Pay per Session - This is available to book at £15 per session. Basic Membership - £60 per month. This is for those who want to focus on their rugby skills development, this membership allows you to attend all Academy coaching sessions for each month that is paid. Pathway Membership - £80 per month. This membership is for those that are aspiring to be in a future pathway, whether that is county rugby, a Premiership Academy or even become the next England star! This membership includes: All Academy coaching sessions Monthly Athletic Development Programmes Discount on 1-to-1 Sessions Please select your package in the booking form on the following page. Memberships are rolling until cancelled. Numbers: Places in the Academy will be limited so that players can get the opportunity to have a valuable playing experience. Cancellation Policy
OnPoint Academy offers both monthly memberships and pay-per-session options. The cancellation policies for each are as follows: Monthly Memberships Membership fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses to stop attending sessions before the end of the paid month. Clients may cancel their membership at any time, but the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle (i.e., no partial refunds for unused sessions). Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. How to Cancel Membership: All membership cancellations must be requested via email or phone. Pay-Per-Session Bookings Pay-per-session bookings follow the same policy as 1-to-1 coaching: Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice – full refund or reschedule. Same-day cancellations – 25% fee unless rescheduled. No-shows – full session fee charged. How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made via email or phone. Session Cancellations by OnPoint Academy: If an Academy session is cancelled by OnPoint Coaching (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions, etc.), affected clients will be offered a replacement session or credit towards a future session. In some circumstances where this is not possible then a refund will be offered.
